I wish it worked better

I bought this on purpose because I'm tired of this mess of wires in my phone. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, I found that the calls drop when I move the handset. The connection to the handheld receiver is poorly made so if rotated the way it's supposed to it will drop the connection and can be harmful if you're away on business like me.
