Review on 🐠 Aqueon Forge 20x10-inch Aquarium Stand by Jose Mcdaniel

The stand is beautiful and durable. Please ensure you measure your tank before ordering and note that older tanks may not stand directly on this stand. I recommend buying a 10x20 tank from the same manufacturer, Aqueon. We have two old tanks and neither of them fit and sit directly on top of the tank as there are four small metal posts on top of the stand to keep the tank from sliding and these posts need to be placed INSIDE the base of the tank. The plastic bottoms on our old tanks are too thick so they don't work properly. This is not a complaint. We'll need to buy another tank and will be buying Revain's Aqueon to make sure it fits. Also, I'm 67 and was able to assemble it myself with little effort, except for one part that other reviewers said required two people. The frame pieces must be pulled out at both ends to allow the inner shelf to fit/snap between the two frame pieces. I thought I couldn't do it on my own after many tries, but then I tried to push the end frames apart with my feet, which allowed the inner shelf to fall off and fall into place, and it worked great. If you don't tend to use tools or work with lots of parts and screws, let someone else do it for you. Again, I'm 67, not in the best of shape, and have mild arthritis in both hands, but my determination made it through in about 45 minutes.
