I finally have a nice nose!
I am Black American with a slightly flattened nose. I use the large size and they fit me perfectly. They are actually more comfortable to wear than I thought. Inserting them upside down also helps. If you look in the mirror you will see a big difference! It really gives you an idea of what you will look like with a nose job. I never thought I would know what I would look like with a different nose. To be honest, I want a rhinoplasty *even more* because I keep seeing what I've seen with these devices put in. For now, until I can afford the surgery, that's enough!
