The charger I received had a 5.5*2.5mm input as well as an adapter to convert it to a 4.0*1.35mm input . It was ASUS branded, same model number, and looked like the charger that originally came with my ASUS R510L. The only difference I see is the gauge of the wire. And the charger does its job. I am very happy with this purchase! Note: I think it's also worth noting that I had to replace my original charger due to a leak at the end of the cable; blue-green liquid. I have had this charger since 2014 and 2017 it stopped working. And I've used this charger almost every day for those years. This will most likely happen within 3 years with a new replacement charger as it is basically the same as the original. So I think it will last 3 years with daily use. However, I can't say the same about other laptop models.
