Belt arrived exactly as advertised. The belt description says it has elastic and I don't think I really understood what an elastic belt would look like. It looks a bit cheap/cheap to me, but that's only because I'm used to seeing leather straps. The elastic waistband is easily adjustable to accommodate a variety of waist sizes. These 3 packs can work from my 6 year old to my 2 year old. My 6 and 5 year olds learned very quickly how to buckle and unbuckle the belt. The magnet is very strong and will not fall apart by itself after assembling the belt. Overall, I'm very happy with the functionality of the belt, but I'm not yet satisfied with the aesthetics. The belt works as advertised but keep that in mind
