My son was looking for an item to help strengthen his hand. We decided on this one instead of handball type with the bands as the reviews showed they ended up breaking after a few uses. My son says this is exactly what he was hoping it would be.
- it just hit the spot, I need to find the green bands or tighter.
- May require additional equipment to be used effectively.
