This program helps me organize all of my social media contacts so I can easily send out emails or schedule posts at opportune times for engagement. It also provides tools like analytics which allow you to track performance over time and see how people are interacting with your content. If it's not working well right now, there isn't much we can do. The software has been having some issues recently but they've worked hard to fix those problems quickly and make sure our needs are met. We have an engaged audience on our blog and social channels thanks in part to this tool.
