I found this sofa too deep for me (I'm 5ft 4in) and more importantly it doesn't support the top of the shoulders, neck and head, making it quite uncomfortable to sit for more than a few minutes. However, the quality seemed pretty good for the price. Also, the (grey) sofa pictured when I bought it was much darker than the sofa I received. The photos on the website are now correct. The return process is a nightmare. Numerous chats, emails, phone calls, hour(s)! Wasted agents who have no idea what's going on and don't seem to have access to the notes. from what has happened so far.
