They are quite easy to apply, but usually do not cover the entire nail bed on the sides. I ended up painting my nails the color of the decal I was using and letting it dry well before sticking them on. Then be sure to apply a clear coat to them so they last more than a few hours. They're like rubber, so if they don't fit well, they'll shrink immediately. I received a set that took over a week so that's a big bonus. For the price they are great.
