So I'm real and stuff. I used it last night when I first got it. I broke my skin to use it. I washed my face very well and did it. That's why I see a lot of people saying it barely vibrates. This is ultrasound. You won't feel much vibration when you use it, but you can see how strong it is when you use it. You must always keep your skin moist while cleaning and extracting. That means take a cotton swab and dampen your face with water during application. You will see water splashes during use. You must keep your fingers on metal panels for them to work properly. You don't have to put a lot of pressure or it won't vibrate at all. Be gentle with your skin. Now that I've debunked what people have been saying (a licensed esthetician with a decade of experience who loves skincare, btw), I'll run through my experiences. I did a deep cleansing mask the day before so I didn't think I would see much. Boy was I wrong. I had so much oil and dirt coming out of my skin. I think I only have one big blockage, but I just don't have that many pimples either. My face looks smoother. My face looks a lot cleaner. My pores are smaller. I LOVE this thing.
