The waistband is tight but elastic
I don't like the tight waistband and I can return it for that reason. It stretches when you pull the waiting elastic, but it's stretchy taut. The material is soft, the colors and the print are pleasant. I would have liked it if it wasn't for the tight elastic. I think it was a little over price but that's just my opinion
