You won't regret buying this kitchen gadget!

I finally gave up and decided to try zucchini noodles. I've been looking for the best option to craft them. I've reviewed a few julienne cutters but was dying to wait a week for delivery (I don't pay for Prime). I bought a spiralizer locally and watched a few videos before using it. I took it back unopened, ordered the julienne cut and patiently waited for it to arrive. I had four large zucchini on the counter the day they arrived. I rinsed out the new cookie cutter, got out my knife and cutting board, cut off the ends of the zucchini, and began slicing. Using moderate pressure, gently slide the knife over the zucchini. I was a little confused by the long flat strip that appeared on top of the zucchini - where's the noodles? I took one strip and neatly separated it into thin noodles! In less than 10 minutes I had a big pile of zucchini noodles in a double boiler. After about 15 minutes the steamed pasta was ready to be taken out and served with spaghetti sauce. I'll be there with fancy zucchini noodles! I will be using this cutter for other pumpkins, carrots, and large potatoes. It's very spicy - don't be careless. It cleans easily under running water with a few brush strokes to remove stuck particles. It's also cheaper than limited-use plastic spiralizers. You will not regret buying this kitchen gadget.
