I like how easy it was set up so we could see all our donors at once! It took about 20 minutes from start of signup until first donation receipt which really helped us get started quickly as well (we were able do setup multiple accounts/brands).

There are some minor technical glitches but they're working hard toward solving those issues - just give yourself time & patience if you run into any problems or questions along your way!! We've been using this tool since 2016 when my husband became president @JacksonRiverOrg after taking over leadership role previously held by another board member. This has allowed donor retention rates + increased giving across many different areas including general operating fund vs capital campaigns etc.- allowing more money towards specific initiatives rather than having large chunk go back out each year through fundraising efforts instead going directly where needed most immediately without delay = less wasted funds=.
