Review on Ruvanti Cotton Piece Flannel Sheets Bedding by Ingrid Buell

These sheets are not what I would describe as soft or flannel. Yes they are very thick but not soft. They are good quality but I was hoping for something softer. Of course when I got them I tossed them in the washing machine with soap and used a ton of fabric softener. It didn't soften them at all, so they went back into the wash. Same result. The third time I used just liquid fabric softener in the washing machine and about 10 sheets in the dryer and it got rid of the odor but didn't help the softness. Luckily I washed them on Tuesday and they still smell more than fresh today. The first night my husband and I went to bed his first comment was "they have new sheets, they're really scratchy and hard" so I really want to send them back but like I said I washed them 3 times . . Wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something soft. Update: I am still very unhappy with these sheets and am reminded of them every night! They wrinkle immediately and wrinkle badly immediately after washing and spending the night on them. To have smooth, soft sheets I'd have to iron them literally every day, and dammit I don't! I don't know if mine is defective or what but I really don't understand all the positive reviews? I'm not what you would call a prostitute, but I'm so unhappy about it! I'm trying to get through the winter but I'm not sure if we can do it? Worst purchase for me at Revain!
