Review on πŸ”Œ Logitech F710 Wireless Gamepad - 2.4 GHz with USB Nano-Receiver, Dual Vibration Feedback, D-Pad Switches, Compatible with PC - Grey/Black by Yagami Iori

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

It must be understood that I did not hold other PC gamepads in my hands. However, it would be possible to pay 2 times more and take a PS4 gamepad - I would not doubt for a minute Perhaps it is better to take an XBOX gamepad, because. it is more supported in terms of software (I don’t know about build quality, etc.) Nevertheless, the product is good and I am satisfied with it. couldn't find anything better)

Pros
  • 1. good, quality assembly, quality parts. Feels reliable and durable 2. jumping a little, I managed to connect to the macbook in both modes (X and D) (with drivers for the XBOX controller)
Cons
  • Comparing with PS4 gamepad, this gamepad (F710): 1. noticeably heavier 2. very tight pressing on the rear keys (LT / RT). So much so that during the game you don’t want to press them! 3. The levers/sticks are slightly convex (unlike PS4's slightly convex) and the D-pad is not split (i. E. it's one button, unlike PS4's 4 separate ones) - which is less convenient. It seems that it is more "functional" due to additional directions, but kamon, they are not needed, no one supports such functionality 4. there is no chic backlight and in general it looks wretched, not beautiful. Look at the photo. It's expected, but still disappointing. 6. I don’t know about the gamepad, macbook (macbook pro, latest’17), drivers (latest available) or something else, but the fact is that the gamepad freezes (in the comments they write about it). Playable, but terribly annoying. Imagine that your button does not click one out of 15 times, in some situations it is very critical, I can easily imagine a user who will break this gamepad against the wall because of this =)
