I already have 2 of them and each lasted a little over a year. The second cracked when I opened it to put my phone inside. It's a bummer because they work really well. until they break. The suction power is fixed. Fires several times a year when it's very hot outside (I live in Southern California and the sun is hot). It is easy to use and holds my phone well enough. I would give more stars but unfortunately the quality should be better than the year. If I had a 3-5 year old child this would be a great phone holder considering the price. I would also pay a little more.
