I returned these reflective tapes as some of them were damaged in preparation for shipping. They were wrapped so tightly around the circle that the inner ones were folded/creased at the edges, detracting from their usefulness. Also, the extremely tight cellophane shrink wrap made it difficult to open. Tight wrapping and packing together will cause damage. Also, they were uncomfortably tight on my wrist and there was no way to loosen them. I didn't go any further before sending them back to test the reflectivity quality.
