Simply put, no cutouts required. They just don't line up. I don't know why the holes were cut so unevenly, but that's the main reason it just doesn't work. I would stay away from it unless they fix this problem. Otherwise the leather looks good but I would be concerned that the stickiness might go away if cut so poorly. I have seen such poor quality elsewhere.
