These are good functional pants with many pockets and convenient closures for those pockets. The term "tactical" is often used to describe this type of clothing. I have a lot of these pants that are two or three times thicker and heavier. Variety is good; I'm glad I'm light but just wanted to let you know what it is. Construction and materials, zippers, velcro, elastic waistband, etc. look and feel good; competently. I washed them in cold water and tumble dried on low. I'm 5ft 10", 164# and ordered a size 32.
