There are several reasons I give them five stars: 1) work well, 2) fit well, 3) good customer service, and 4) good warranty. I bought a pair of these headphones a little over a year ago when I was desperate for Bluetooth headphones that would actually work with my phone and stay in my ears while running. I had wired headphones that stayed in my ears, so I was continually surprised when the Bluetooth buds I ordered kept falling out. I was hesitant to get them because I don't like the feel of the headphones on my ear, but I decided to give them a try. Commuting during the workday, listening to music at your desk, listening to music while getting up and running, etc. These are the only Bluetooth headphones I own that work well for all of these uses. The rubber portion of the earcup fits the ear quite comfortably and doesn't cause pinching, chafing, or discomfort. The rubber connection between the two sides is lightweight and will not wobble or snag on objects. That's important because it's one of the reasons I wanted to switch to Bluetooth headphones - I needed headphones that wouldn't get stuck when I commuted to work on the train every day. I've never had connection issues or signal drop issues (other than being out of range with my phone). Headphones are easy to pair with my Samsung 8; All I had to do was press two buttons for two seconds while scanning with my phone and it connected automatically. I had an issue that would normally affect my rating, but it doesn't because the customer service was so great. After about 13 months of using these headphones, the right side stopped making noise. I don't know what caused it, but it wasn't just a connection issue as even the startup sounds didn't get through. First I bought new headphones from another company and thought of trying something new. The Bluetooth headphones I received lost connection so badly that they couldn't be used. And they kept falling out while running - like night and day compared to these Anker earbuds. It was so bad that I ended up returning to this site to see if I could fix the broken bud site and I discovered Anchor. replies to the buyer that he has an 18-month warranty. I didn't expect the buds to be covered beyond the warranty in more than a year, and even if they were, I expected Anker to be stingy with the replacement. But I emailed anchor support with my release and after sending some info they sent me some spare buds. After a few days of work, my kidneys appeared; They paired and connected to my phone with ease and now I'm enjoying them again. In summary, these are the only Bluetooth headphones that I wholeheartedly recommend to friends and people who want to use them for both exercise and relaxation. . Other brands seem to be good at either one mode or none at all.
