I am 6ft 1 meter, 180 pounds, waist 33 inches. I bought the large ones as others suggested and they fit great! I wore soft jodhpurs underneath and had no problems. The middle back pocket was too small for my smartphone. I put it in the side pockets and was surprised how well it stayed in place. It was the perfect spot that didn't bother me while driving. In fact, I forgot it was there. I would buy them again! Good product!
