This is not USB 3.0 speed, this is USB 2.0 speed

I ran a speed test using a Samsung USB 3.1 flash drive. It had read speeds of over 180Mbps straight into a PC's USB 3.0 port. When I plugged in this 4-port hub, it was only reading at 32Mbps. Device manager even says it's a USB 2.0 hub.
