Great dress for Revain!
Good quality dress but too long for an average height woman. At 5ft 2in and a 4in platform heel, this dress was still too long. It would also be hard to change given the mermaid flair underneath, so I'd recommend this dress if you're at least 5"4 and have a 4" platform heel and are still grinding it on the floor at those measurements can.
