I was able to get this controller to work on PC. As mentioned, when the silver button is not lit the second joystick works as a control button, but if you press the silver button and it is "on" (mine is lit red) then the controller works as usual. The controller doesn't seem to vibrate or rumble, despite this being one of the most advertised things. I had to adjust the button configuration for the trigger/bumper, they switched. It was the cheapest controller I could find for playing PC games at the time, not bad for the money I paid.
