Review on iSmartRecruit by Guillo Tilden

The mobile app is great! I love being able to use my phone as a point of contact when it comes to scheduling interviews or communicating any issues that may arise during the interview process. Being able to have access from anywhere in the world has been very beneficial. One thing I don't like about this software is how complicated everything can be at times. Sometimes there are links that aren't clear enough so it's hard to know what button/link will take me to where I want to go. This isn't always bad but sometimes it makes things more difficult than they should be. I'm solving one problem - having the ability to schedule interviews via text message.
