Not bad, but with leg and foot supports

I got them because both Achilles tendons hurt from flat foot exercises. They are adequate to protect the ankles from external obstacles, but I doubt they will fit in shoes. They definitely don't fit in cycling shoes. Not sure what shoes to wear with it other than slippers. I may have to come back. :-(
