Update: Had to deduct 1 star after using this keyboard for a week. The only reason I give it 2 stars is that the battery life is pretty good. I haven't had to charge it since the first charge. Other than that, this has to be one of the worst keyboards I've ever used. Additional Cons: The buttons are noisy (I may have mentioned that before, but it's not worth repeating). The cursor randomly bounces around the page, which is particularly annoying when I'm trying to type and I'm typing in the middle of another word. When you try to click on a dropdown menu, often when the menu doesn't appear, it becomes a game of speed - my ability to click fast enough, or the menu's ability to fade out fast enough. I thought I could handle this keyboard until I decided to buy a new laptop, but now I'm ready to throw it away and struggle with just using the touchscreen. I really regret buying this keyboard. First, let me say that I really love Microsoft Surface products. I've had my current one for 5 years now. The keyboard was amazing, although after a few years the cloth material covering it started to tear. But I insisted until last week when I removed the keyboard from the tablet. When I went to swap I couldn't get it to stick. Thinking this was weird, I turned my tablet over to see what the problem was and found that the keyboard had completely detached so half was still in the tablet and the rest was not. I was still able to get it working for a few days (until I closed the keyboard and kind of wiggled it back and forth. Eventually, after getting frustrated too many times, I finally gave up and started looking for a new keyboard. I did I don't want to spend more than $100 on a Microsoft replacement (mainly because I'll probably buy a new laptop sometime this year), so I started looking for inexpensive alternatives, it doesn't hurt to try ok, now that it's out of the way, let me start with a review: Pros: It arrived in two days, it was easy to pair with my surface pro 4 after using it for about an hour long time. So far I've been using it for about 3 days and I haven't had to recharge it (so the battery life is pretty good. The keys are bigger and better spaced than on a Microsoft keyboard. The keyboard doesn't need to cht be bound to the use. Cons: The keys are LOUD (I mean very loud) I have to hit them harder as the mic has grown Keyboard out. The cursor will randomly move to a different location by itself. The font size also changes randomly on its own (but it seems to happen when my fingers hover over the trackpad). Speaking of the trackpad, it seems to have a mind of its own, every time I want to select something I feel like I have to click a different part of the trackpad (never had this problem with other keyboards), usually by clicking left to Select and press right to bring up the menu; not with that sometimes i have to click bottom left or top left or somewhere in between (it's like hitting the mole). Overall, I bought these because I needed an inexpensive keyboard. It does the job well enough that I think that's all I can ask for.
