I bought QTY 3 of this set for a total of 6 towels etc. The first two big lint piles are front and back after about 30 min of drying. The smaller pile was set to dry more and ran about 10 minutes! Another air fluff for 10 minutes produced about 25% more.2nd and 3rd wash was basically the same. I am noticing the quick drying time. These are good size towels for 6ft and big people. Very little lint on the fifth wash of 6 large towels.These are replacing some old Pima Cotton towels from Sears. Those new would have probably felt about the same as these with the same softness. With Fabric softener I am sure the Pima cottons would have felt just as nice.I like technology and I can appreciate statistical opinion but after all the data I can rate these an A. I haven't used any fabric softener yet and they are nice and are very fast to dry your skin and hair.Dryer Fires do occur when overloaded with Lint on a machine that isn't kept clean.
