It can do ALMOST everything a NAME brand tracker can do. I had a branded tracker, it broke, they tried to force me to upgrade by 50% but I got the same model and it broke. So I gave up. This tracker does everything it can with three big exceptions: - it doesn't let me enter calories - so no food diary - it doesn't count stairs - but you can set it up for many other exercises - it doesn't automatically measure effort - you have to put it in training mode. Aside from those three main things, it's a good buy so far. It lasts longer on a charge and I can charge it by plugging it directly into my computer. It does not need a second bracket like other well-known brand models. Update 2/7/2019 I had this tracker for a year. I'm deducting a star from the rating, although it's still a decent tracker for the price, I got a rash when the green light on my back makes contact with the skin. I always wiped the tracker after exercise and then once a week with alcohol. In addition, the connection to the phone sometimes drops and the sync function only works occasionally.
