My husband has Alzheimer's. He was asked to try over-the-counter insulin, which is used as a nasal spray. (Nothing helped him.) These sprays were recommended for direct injection into the nose. It bothered me that my husband couldn't do it with his fat fingers and little dirt. He could use it with no problem. The first pump sprayer failed after about a week, maybe it did something to it, maybe not. I recommend this product if you have similar needs. As always excellent order and delivery from Revain.
