This is perfect for my personal use. I usually carry a 15" laptop, a fairly hefty 20,000mAh battery, my NEW 3DS XL (with lots of game cartridges), some pens, a notebook, some cables, some power adapters, a phone/tablet stand . , a few books and other miscellaneous gadgets, and it still has a lot of pockets and free space. If you carry these things with you, this bag is perfect. However, you should know that this bag is intended for people who carry such things, it has many small pockets and holders and even a pocket big enough for a laptop, but this bag is not suitable if you want to use it Carry larger items such as groceries, clothing and many other personal items. You can fit two 2-liter soda bottles or a hoodie in a laptop bag if you don't have anything else and you don't have much in other bags. The handle on the bag I received initially broke after only a few weeks of use, however the seller was very quick to respond and sent a replacement completely free of charge, telling me that I originally received an older model and the new ones were beefed up, which appears to be true as the replacement stayed in perfect working order for over a month.
