I ordered 2 of these as gifts. One came in a plastic bag, the second in a box. 7 (blue) was small for my almost 3 year old. She wears a 6 and thought I should go for a 7 as she thinks it's big enough but very comfortable. I could have just kept a size 9 because I'm sure it would be too small for the girl I gave it to. But I have to return a size 7 if it's too tight for another girl I gave it to. It has a very very strong smell, a plastic smell that makes our house smell like it. The heart fell off as other reviewers say so I had to glue it. That's nice. I love light, glitter and heart design. 4 stars because it does what it's supposed to do, but I would definitely go a double size up as kids' feet grow so fast
