Plantar Fasciitis Anyone? I was surprised reading the reviews before purchasing that no one mentioned the constant excruciating pain associated with plantar fasciitis. Thought it was worth a try anyway because I'm in constant pain and I can always go back if it doesn't work. Well it works! The manual says to use 20 second dashes multiple times. Burn the manual, I use in paragraphs every 10 minutes, press with a fork or a ball. And I feel a tremendous relief. I use it mostly after a few hours on my feet. My sleep has improved since my legs stopped hurting. I've only had this little one for 2 weeks but so far I've been using it every other day or so and it's been amazing. I don't know if the machine will last long or not but for me it was wonderful.
