I like to use it when I don't want to wear it.
I have very light eyebrows and eyelashes. I like to use it when I don't want to wear makeup but still want to shape my brows and curl my lashes. An added bonus is that if my four year old daughter sees me using it and wants to wear it too, no problem, that's clear.
