Now I only use Pyrex

All my so-called non-stick pans don't work anymore, although I take very good care of them. I was cooking salmon and Dickens was trying to get the salmon out of the pan. The next time I made salmon I used Pyrex instead. It worked great and everything that got stuck came loose after a short soak. I'm getting rid of all my metal pans except the cookie sheets. Now I only use my Pyrex. It just works a lot better. :)
