I like that it's easy to use, gives you an overview of what is in scope for each business line with its own reporting capability so there are no gaps or missing data anywhere once all your companies' records have been reviewed - this saves time & resources because we don't need any other software! It can be quite difficult at times when trying understand how things work together if used without proper guidance from our IT team who support us (support seems lacking) but not always possible given where they're located as well which makes life harder still sometimes too!! But overall light version works really great compared against competitors products out their now including cloud-based ones suchas Zoho Data Studio etc., plus has very flexible licence pricing plan structure allowing more cost effective options than others do also provides useful toolset within itself i think? For example one could export CSV files directly into MS Excel easily using import option provided by main application menu item.
