These are fun light up spinner bracelets. Like the figure, the top rotates when clicked, not self-propelled. The light has three different settings. They are comfortable to wear. My students love it. They seem to last a long time, although I've never tested the battery life on any of them. I've had a few students who still have them a few weeks after earning them and the lights are still working. They can be turned off. It has a button. It was a great purchase and a big hit with my elementary school students.
