metadata situation is bad. If you have transferred music from iTunes to M11 pro, there is no problem. If you move it from another source or it's from another source, you won't have the album art or the artist's name. You'll need to get something like an MP3 tag to fix this. What's worse, if you have tons of songs and many playlists (I have 3) and the same song is in every playlist, deleting it won't move the song from all playlists. If you only have a song in one place, delete means delete. Otherwise you can delete and the song will still be there. I didn't know about this until I had the device for a few months, so now I have 300 or more songs to deal with as I also fix the metadata for those songs. Not very good for such a wonderful device. And forget about Fiio's help.
