The case smells like cheap plastic

I gave away these headphones a couple of weeks ago, the case and headphones smell like pungent chemicals, airing them out for 2 weeks doesn't help. I will try to use them but would not recommend it. The Samsung Buds experience was better. I think you get what you pay for.
