Love this stuff! I take it once a day and it lasts most of the day! I have a high tolerance to caffeine or anything designed for energy and this is one of the few foods that actually gives me a noticeable amount of energy. If you are sensitive to energy supplements I would not recommend this as it will leave you feeling very shaky and have a fast heartbeat. I have taken this product in the past but haven't taken it for two years and decided to buy it again. I lost 13 pounds at a time in about 5 weeks and only eating moderately and walking (2/3 miles) 2-3 times a week. For me, this is a huge miracle because I have several autoimmune diseases that lead to weight gain and make it very difficult to lose weight. One bottle lasts me 2 months, but in most cases longer because I only take it maybe 5 days a week. The capsule itself has a strange taste, but it disappears immediately after swallowing. The capsule also has a large side but is easy to swallow thanks to the smooth capsule shell.
