I am so thankful to have discovered this spray during COVID-19. I use it to wipe down food, not to inhale the toxic fumes of typical sanitizers. It smells like fresh summer lemonade and provides a nice even spray until about 1/3 is left, after which you need to be more careful to keep the bottle level. It doesn't have to be alcohol or bleach, but tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia), lavender oil (Lavendula angustifolia), and eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus) are proven antivirals. I still use stronger hand sanitizer when needed, but this helps me wipe down large groceries for a week without a headache. UPDATE: I took off a star because you can't take the lid off and pull out the last bit. out of the bottle and then use the bottle for another spray purpose. I'm also wondering if this means the bottle can't be recycled? That's a pretty big design flaw for something advertised as 'natural'.
