new Xerox Phaser 6510 printer The printer didn't recognize the toner so we contacted the seller. After gathering some information, we found out that we have a printer with a new firmware. Toner Tap was quick to send us replacement toner with the new updated version already installed. We started printing as soon as the new toners were installed. We are very happy with the technical support we have received from Toner Tap. We are also very happy with the quality of the experience. We had a large print job and the colors from Toner Tap were vibrant and accurate right from the start. It remained very stable until the end of the print queue. The printer worked very well with these Toner Tap consumables, so we will continue to replace toner with Toner Tap brands. They assured us that their new warehouse is equipped with the latest firmware.
