For some reason my child loves Baby Einstein's music and it's the only thing that calms her down when she's acting crazy in the car seat. I used to have a mini musical toy to go (which is great), but since she hasn't figured out how to press the button yet, someone has to be around to restart the music every few seconds - not ideal, though it's just me (the driver) and the kid in the car. The star turns on the music when she shakes it (to be honest, I'm not sure if she does it on purpose to turn on the music or if she's just shaking it, because that's what she does with toys, but in it definitely keeps the music going and makes them happy ). , or if you set it to a continuous setting (the music will play for 10-15 minutes). Lots of people have complained about the paint peeling - I haven't noticed this yet but I'll let you know if it starts to happen.
