I have a one year old girl. She was able to wear them for about 2 months. They looked good but they didn't close and closed very well. It snaps in a bit, but is easy to remove. We kept finding them open, still dangling by their ears, until one day one of them just disappeared, either falling out during the trip or falling out and she ate it. In any case, he is no more. Btw I was concerned about her reaching for them, maybe it's because she's had the earrings for about 6 months now, but she's never played with them or reached for them. I gave 4 stars because they are good earrings and maybe ok for baby. Just not suitable for babies
