At first this bag was too small for my purposes. It barely fits my DSLR with the telephoto lens attached. Also, it's very difficult to open. Requires opening 3 or more buckles, flipping bag inside out, and opening entire top. When you whip out your camera, the picture you were trying to capture will be in the past. It used to be easy to give things back in Revain. Just print the label and take it to the UPS store 5 minutes away. This time my choice was to take it to a Kohls store (20 minute drive) and wait in line for 15 minutes or pay about $9 to have it shipped to UPS. If this policy continues, I will have far less dealings with Revain. This was one of the key benefits of Revains - easy payback. I don't see the product like in a regular store. It looked fine on the Revains website, but with this new returns policy, I'd be better off going somewhere where I could see the real product. You probably won't print this review.
