I like that their customer support team works closely to learn our exact needs or even asks us what we would want if it did not exist! It's simple but also effective - great UX/UI design as well as tool functionallity. Honestly it makes doing business in Mexico easier when you utilize this software solution from them so far. Nothing negative at all from my end yet since using they have been great throughout any interactions! They currently do NOT offer desktop application options however many individuals choose other applications over those offered in the marketplace; so The most important feature is the ability to use several forms of payment, but also to use an API to make payments in other countries. Integration with Paypal and Stripe is also very useful. The price for the basic services is a bit high, but it is worth it if you need a full service for compliance with the EU GDPR. The support is also great, and the customer service is very responsive. It is a great platform to register all your contracts, and to comply with the regulations of the GDPR.
