Review on πŸ‘“ Computer Reading Glasses with UV Protection and Anti-Blue Rays: Half-rim Design by Robin Crane

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Excellent lightweight entry-level computer glasses with a slight tint

I already had computer glasses for home and decided to take them to work. They are much lighter and more minimalist than other pairs. I did notice that the yellow filter's tint was weaker than my others, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of. If you're working late at night with minimal interior lighting other than monitors, look elsewhere for a heavier tint. They sit lightly on your face and are very comfortable. Other reviews note a "funny smell" from the nose pads. I didn't have this problem at all. The frame springs (mine are bronze grey) work very well and look good. The fabric clamshell case that comes with the goggles is good, I'm not worried about tossing them in my backpack and crushing them with ease (although they can flex a bit with direct pressure). My only real complaint is the lens material itself. It appears to be lightweight polycarbonate or plexiglass. While they are lightweight and unbreakable, they tend to be of poor quality and get dirty/oily very quickly. The microfiber cloth that came with the case isn't exactly safe, but a little rubbing alcohol fixes the problem. Maybe it's because I ordered a +0.0 raise, but there are a few things to keep in mind. TL;DR: Great stylish glasses for a small price. There are hundreds of them, but if you need a spare pair or are unsure about committing to an expensive pair, grab these. If you're looking for something more serious, with a heavier tone and higher build quality, look elsewhere.
