I worked out every day and switching to bluetooth headphones really changed my routine. These headphones are inexpensive, but the sound is really impressive, I mainly listen to metal, but a bit of country and pop, all sound areas are great. The battery/mic isn't directly under the earbud like many others, it's in the middle of the cord, so I just let it dangle under my shirt, out of sight. My workout lasts two hours, I can easily do two workouts on a single charge, maybe three, but I still usually charge it daily. One downside that I don't regret at this price point is that they aren't waterproof. If you plan on doing cardio or anything else that makes you sweat a lot, use a magnetic clip and attach it to the collar of the OUTSIDE of your shirt (I've killed a couple without doing this, my fault). I never used her to make phone calls, so I have nothing to do with that part of her work.
