Bought mid July, have been using this villain for a while now. I forgot to get my old one out of my wallet for an international flight and I've never been more grateful for a TSA seizure for leading me to this product. Take the time to write this review because I think the product and the owners totally deserve it. Excellent customer service - friendly and approachable. Message from the owners Robert and Helen when I placed the order. I liked it. Then Robert emailed me after Revane sent a delivery notification. Wanted to make sure I was okay. I have made. And I answered. The same day Robert came back to me with a nice little reply. It had :). Maybe it's just because I'm younger, but I almost always read emails :) as very friendly. I also like the fast response time. The multitool contains the best features I have ever come across. A nail file in particular. I've never seen this option in a product like this before and I find it extremely useful. I definitely recommend it. The multitool is very durable. The fairing has chipped off in a few places from use, but I haven't found this to affect performance. I have used the knife blade several times with great success. Most recently, I used a saw to go through branches while picking mushrooms. Went through them like clockwork and I was able to get through them well enough to keep the fungus intact. A bottle opener and screwdriver work well too. The tool is of good weight and feels comfortable. Be sure to only hold the edge of the ruler for a good grip. I cut myself once or twice for not holding it well. Also use the tool case. Don't be afraid to scratch your knuckles or palm while trying to grab cards or cash. The accessories that come with this multi-tool are made of the same high quality and durable material. I can't talk about the money clip, but the carabiner, whistle, and small flint are welcome additions to a multi-tool. on a carabiner or key fob with a whistle. But then again, you're probably here mainly for the multi-tool, and you should definitely get yourself one. TL;DR Excellent service. Great variety of functions and design. Excellent material quality and tool efficiency. Once you turn off the power, it is not inconvenient to use. High quality accessories. The best multi tool I have ever owned - highly recommend. Would definitely buy again. Thank you for making this product.
