I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order after it was placed! However, stamps do not cut well. I tried new cutting inserts. I added pucks. I used different paper weights. I have two cutting/embossing machines and have tried both machines. It almost works on very thin paper, but there are still some areas it doesn't cut through completely. The design is nice but doesn't cut through evenly no matter what I've tried.
